We want you to be as prepared as possible prior to your admission to our facility. There are some items we will provide for you, for your convenience. Other items you must bring with you. Still other items are restricted or not allowed at all.

PATIENT SUGGESTED PACKING LIST

Comfortable clothing and shoes for about one week. On site laundry facilities and supplies are available

Athletic shoes and clothing for fitness classes (i.e. yoga)

Alcohol free toiletries, including shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, shaving articles, hairdryer, etc

Writing materials for taking notes

Photo ID: driver’s license, passport or work ID

Medical Insurance cards

List of all medications including dosages and any known allergies to medications

72 hour supply of all prescription medications, in case our pharmacy is delayed in filling your prescriptions.

List of names, addresses and telephone numbers of those you wish to have involved in treatment (loved ones, healthcare professionals, 12 step sponsors etc)

Alarm clock that does not have a radio

Up to $100 in cash (for store runs)

Your checkbook, credit card or debit card

Stamps and envelopes if you wish to mail letters

Revealing clothing (Tank tops, sleeveless shirts, midriff bearing tops etc)

Clothing with profanity or references to drugs, alcohol or violence

CHECKING IN YOUR LUGGAGE

On the day you arrive, you’ll check your bags in while completing paperwork and getting settled. We’ll take a look at your belongings to make sure you’ve brought only appropriate items for your stay during treatment. Personal items deemed not appropriate to have during treatment will be sent home with the accompanying family member or stored and returned to you at your discharge.
