Our 36,282-square-foot detox and rehab center at Praxis of Fort Wayne includes 90 extra-large twin beds, along with Jack-and-jill style bathrooms – some private. When patients are done with treatment for the day, they can take advantage of 4 fenced-in courtyards, 2 designated for smoking and the other 2 designated for nonsmoking. Our goal at Landmark Recovery is to provide a secure environment where women can comfortably detox, gain strength, and focus on breaking barriers to addiction treatment.
Female patients in our residential treatment program receive 1 hour of individual therapy each week with a licensed clinician.
Group therapy and psychoeducation classes address trauma, teach coping skills for managing temptations and triggers, and help prevent relapse. Our patient engagement specialists (PESs) are always nearby to answer any questions and provide support.

Trevor Conger is the Executive Director at Praxis of Fort Wayne by Landmark Recovery. Trevor has a diverse leadership background revolving around developing people and businesses. Prior to Landmark, Trevor was an Infantry Sergeant in the Army National Guard, an operations leader within a metal fabrication company, an owner of an energy efficiency company, and a Station Operations Manager at Amazon.
Trevor joined Praxis by Landmark Recovery in April 2023, and chose to join the company because he aligned heavily with the company mission and values.

Outside of work, Trevor finds peace in going to the gym early to have a strong start to his mornings. While he thrives in chaos, Trevor also enjoys peaceful environments whether outdoors or in the comfort of his own home. Conversely, from 2011 to 2015, the rate of non-fatal emergency department visits due to opioid overdoses increased from 28.5 to 45 occurrences per 100,000 population, according to the Indiana State Department of Health.
