Over 21,500 lives restored since 2016

Landmark's goal to save as many lives as possible is ambitious but driven by the belief that recovery is possible. If you're struggling with addiction, Landmark is here to help. Let us count you, one among many, as another life restored.

Substance Abuse Treatment

Landmark Recovery helps people with addictions to the following substances:

Alcohol

More than 14.5 million people across the country experience alcohol use disorder, according to the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. Yet less than 8% of people with an alcohol addiction seek treatment. It's estimated that 95,000 people die from alcohol-related causes each year. Breaking an alcohol addiction can be difficult. That's why turning to a proven treatment program like Landmark Recovery is the first step in regaining control of your life.

Marijuana

Yes, marijuana is addictive. Approximately three out of 10 adults who frequently use cannabis suffer from marijuana use disorder, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Marijuana, or more specifically the chemical THC, directly affects the brain. It can decrease memory, attention, decision making and coordination. Long-term use of marijuana has been linked to increased risk of psychosis or schizophrenia in some users.

Heroin

Repeated heroin use can change the physical structure and physiology of the brain, creating irreversible imbalances. Nearly a third of all opioid-related deaths involved heroin, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. More than four out of every 100,000 people in the country die from a heroin overdose each year. Most heroin use disorders require expert help to overcome.

Opioid

Nearly 1.3 million Americans are receiving medication-assisted treatment for an opioid use disorder. Yet the United States is experiencing a opioid epidemic that is destroying families and leading to unnecessary deaths. Asking for help is the first step in recovering from an opioid addiction. Landmark Recovery offers specialized treatment to help break the cycle of substance abuse.

Cocaine/Crack

Drug overdose deaths involving cocaine has steadily increased during the last decade, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse. Long-term cocaine use increases the risk of heart attack, stroke, depression and delusions. Smoking crack can damage the lungs. Stopping the use of cocaine often requires the help of trained professionals.

Meth/Methamphetamine

Federal data reviews have identified an increase in overdose deaths involving methamphetamine. The rate of methamphetamine use disorder (or addiction) quadrupled nationally among people aged 18-23 years, according to the National Institutes of Health. With no approved medications to treat addictions to meth, medical detox and inpatient rehab appear to be the best treatment options.

Each of our facilities is overseen by a medical director who specializes in treating substance use disorders. Our clinical staff includes masters level therapists who've spent years developing comprehensive treatment plans to help people stay sober. Our program includes 40-hours, evidence-base curriculum each week comprised of individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducational sessions.
