Ryzolt is a brand name extended release version of tramadol, an opioid analgesic painkiller that can be used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain. There’s scientific evidence it can be used as a secondary treatment for fibromyalgia. Ryzolt comes in the form of tramadol hydrochloride extended-release tablets to be used for extended periods of time. Ryzolt has been discontinued in the US as of 2021.
