What to Expect

Rehab is no walk in the park, in fact, it can be quite difficult. However, patients willing to put in the work and trust in the clinical professionals around them often find the most success. The hardest step to overcome for many addicts is admitting there is a problem and asking for help. Once you’ve enrolled in a residential or outpatient treatment center, you have the assurance and support of medically certified and trained staff, but your work is far from over.

Addicts about to enter rehab should think about setting long term goals centered around why they want to get sober. Oftentimes, patients may successfully go through rehab only to relapse immediately following treatment because they weren’t prepared to jump to the next stage of recovery. Ultimately, it’s about having a positive attitude that continued sobriety is not only possible, but entirely preferable to falling back into substance abuse.

At Landmark, patients can expect a variety of treatment approaches incorporating the most effective therapeutic models and support programs used around the world. Because no addiction is the same, we offer a broad approach to recovery that leaves room to custom tailor a recovery plan for every individual patient. During a patient’s stay, they can expect exposure to the following methods of treatment.
