Praxis of Ladoga by Landmark Recovery is committed to providing a safe, secure and structured space for Medicaid enrollees to find recovery from substance abuse. We ensure all patients in our inpatient rehab program receive three meals a day and have a comfortable bed, with access to other amenities including the laundry room, dining hall and areas for personal reflection.
Patients in our residential rehab program for drug or alcohol addiction receive individual therapy twice each week. Group counseling sessions and classes help patients learn how to deal with temptations and triggers in order to prevent a relapse. Our patient engagement specialists are always nearby to answer any questions and provide support. A daily schedule helps patients focus on healing, building inner strength and developing the skills they need to stay sober.
During inpatient rehab at Praxis of Ladoga by Landmark Recovery you’ll follow a schedule that includes intensive therapy, counseling and classes to help you achieve sobriety. You’ll have some free time and opportunities to connect and catchup with family members.

Outside of work, Robbie loves to spend time with his wife, step-son, and their dog, Arlo. While free time is few and far between for Robbie, when he does have a spare moment, he enjoys making music and preparing himself to hike a cliffside with his wife.

This is because as addictive substances are being flushed out of the body, the brain typically goes into withdrawal as it adjusts to normal functioning without the presence of drugs or alcohol. Depending on the substance of abuse and length and severity of addiction, you can experience a range of unpleasant withdrawal symptoms when you stop drinking or using drugs.
At Landmark Recovery, the first step is a confidential consultation. We’ll assess the nature and extent of your substance abuse. Individualized assessment allows us to customize a program ensuring the best drug or alcohol rehab treatment approach for you. This goes in line with our 35-day residential program and after care plan.
There’s no set period that works for everyone when it comes to alcohol and drug rehab treatment. In most cases a 30-day residential program can help patients restore functional capacity while helping them develop continuing practices and skills to help them stay sober. At Landmark, graduates will receive continuing transitional support for recovery as part of our aftercare plan. The success of our program lies in its ability to help patients stabilize, achieve and maintain abstinence from substances for substantial recovery. Patients work on the development of self-awareness, self-clarity, and self-honesty. Our aftercare plan also supports the development of self-responsibility and self-accountability for one’s choices.
Landmark allows you interact with your loved ones during treatment. In fact, we recommend that your immediate family take an active role in your recovery and come to our family counseling sessions. Between sessions, you can talk to friends and family on the phone. We allow family visits and phone calls during specific times. We strongly believe that family involvement is essential during treatment. Even for families that have strained ties, family involvement is vitally important for the recovery process. The family unit has a strong influence on the development of alcohol and drug addiction. At Landmark Recovery, we offer a family program as part of our rehab program.

It all starts with a call to our treatment specialists who will explain treatment and payment options. Upon admission a thorough history and physical examination will be performed by our medical staff to ensure a safe and secure transition into our program. We ask that you share any information that might be helpful to your situation. This typically includes previous treatment experiences or other conditions which would help our clinicians develop your personalized treatment plan which may consist of a number of things including detoxification or specific therapy programs.
While no one is held against their will, we recommend patients remain in our facility until they’ve completed the full program.
